We bring a wealth of knowledge to the table, with degrees in hospitality, master’s in gastronomy tourism, and sommelier certifications. What we hold most dear, however, is the wisdom passed down through generations, particularly from our grandmothers. Since 2009, I have worked in various roles across restaurants, events, wine fairs, and private galas. My strengths in communication, problem-solving, and dedication to exceptional customer service have helped me build a solid foundation, and I take great pride in the work I do.
My love for cooking and exploring incredible flavors from around the world has always been my driving force. This passion has led me to unforgettable culinary experiences—from rustic taverns in Colombia to high-end restaurants in New Zealand, from local eateries in Mozambique to the renowned Kobe beef spots in Japan. Each of these adventures has enriched my culinary memory, making every journey a treasure. To date, I have traveled to over 80 countries, both solo and with friends, and I’m always eager to explore more!
